PURPOSE Manage the sending of the information and the correct provision of the services requested as well as the resolution of doubts and queries. The data will be kept as long as there is a business relation between the parties. The commercial mails will also be sent unless there is an objection to such treatment

The legal basis for data processing is the contact with TRADE CENTER through the request for information on the Web. This data will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and with the only purpose of managing the business relation we establish with users through the TRADE CENTER Website.

The user may exercise the following rights with the TRADE CENTER:

  • The right to request the limitation of data treatment, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of any claims.
  • The right to object of data treatment. TRADE CENTER will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
  • The exercise of the above-mentioned rights is strictly personal, so it will be necessary for the user to prove his identity.
  • To exercise the above-mentioned rights provided by law, the user may contact TRADE CENTER by e-mail at sctradecenter@sctradecenter.es or by writing to the address listed in paragraph 1 of this Policy. The communication shall contain the following data and documents:

    – Name and surname of the interested party, attaching a photocopy of the ID card or other valid document that identifies him/her and, if applicable, of the person representing him/her; the use of electronic signature will exempt from the presentation of these documents.

    – Provide the address of the interested party and the specific request of his/her application (the right, that is intended to be exercised).

The user will also have the right to submit a complaint against the corresponding Control Authority when he/she considers it convenient.

TRADE CENTER informs the user that it has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures required by current legislation on Data Protection to ensure the security of his/her data. To avoid unauthorized access, treatment, or alteration to it

As mentioned above, the personal data provided to TRADE CENTER website will not be transferred to other entities or companies to be used for their own purposes.
