We spoke to Nuria Esteban, owner and founder of Anesnu Minerales, an online shop specialising in the sale of minerals, who explained some of the key features of her brand and her experience as a business based at the SC Trade Centre.

How did Anesnu Minerales come about, and what need did you identify in the market?

Anesnu Minerales was born out of my passion for minerals. Through my own experience and by talking to other people, I realised that many were drawn to minerals but often didn’t know which one to choose, how to use it or what it actually meant. That’s why I wanted to create an online shop where each mineral would be accompanied by clear information, presented at a leisurely pace and without any empty promises.

What do you value most about the SC Trade Centre and why did you choose it?

What I value most is the peace of mind that comes from having a professional address and a reputable business environment behind me. For an online business like Anesnu Minerales, it is important to have a reliable tax and administrative base, but also a professional image that inspires confidence. I chose the SC Trade Centre because it provides my business with a professional, stable and very well-located address. In an online business, the digital aspect is very important, but so too is having a tax and business base that inspires confidence.

I would tell them that it’s the ideal place to project a professional image for their company, with the peace of mind that comes from having a solid structure behind them whilst they focus on growing their business.

Could you briefly explain what Anesnu Minerales does and what services it offers?

Anesnu Minerales is an online shop specialising in minerals and incense. You can find minerals in various forms, such as bracelets, pendants, tumbled stones, rough stones and ritual kits. You’ll also find a comprehensive information section, with guides on choosing minerals by colour, chakra or intention, a blog and a YouTube channel featuring a free crystal therapy course.

How did the idea to set up Anesnu Minerales come about, and how has the project evolved since its inception?

Anesnu Minerales came about because of my passion for minerals. It started out as a small shop, but over time I have expanded the range of minerals and the formats available, whilst also significantly increasing the amount of information on minerals, including blog posts and explanatory videos.

What sort of customers do you usually deal with, and what are the most common needs they bring to you?

I have a very diverse range of customers: from those who are already well-versed in the use of minerals and are looking for specific pieces or wish to perform rituals, to those who are just beginning to take an interest in the subject and don’t know where to start, and Anesnu Minerales guides them along this path.

What values define the way you work?

Approachability, honesty and calm. In a society that demands ever greater speed, I like to work calmly, explain things clearly so that they are understood, and build a close relationship with the client. Knowing what they need, what doubts they have, and treating them with honesty – because Anesnu Minerales will never tell you that a mineral will solve all your problems; a mineral accompanies you on your journey, but it is you who sets the intention.

What sets you apart from other companies in your sector?

It’s the combination of an online shop and an educational space. It’s not just about selling minerals; it’s a place where you can buy a mineral, get answers to your questions and learn more.

Is there any service or aspect of the centre that you find particularly useful in your day-to-day work?

Yes, above all the option of having the company’s registered office in a professional setting.

What advantages does Sant Cugat offer as a location for your business?

Sant Cugat is a very attractive location because it combines quality, proximity to Barcelona and a very vibrant business environment. It is a town with a well-maintained, modern yet peaceful atmosphere, which suits Anesnu Minerales very well.

What are the goals or challenges you have set yourselves for the coming years?

The main goal is for Anesnu Minerales to continue growing and to become a leading shop and venue for all those who love minerals, whilst continuing to strengthen our educational offering. The big challenge is not to lose that personal touch along the way.
