The Olympian explained that the start-up of Bevalue Sports responded to help “to the transition for when the sports career of athletes ends”, after all “for any athlete finding something, you are passionate about as much as sport after the career is very important and also very difficult”. Villaécija, who is currently a psychologist, has also set up a program to improve the technique of amateur swimmers and another for professional swimmers to improve their training and times, and argued that “sport has beautiful things for the values and learning, but it is important to know that sport time is slow at a time when immediacy prevails, which can generate frustration”.

Puigdomènech said that BHealthy was born to accompany women during pregnancy and postpartum ” mother, with the concern of knowing what it is to be a mother, I want a loudspeaker to reach all countries so that mothers do not feel alone at home with their babies”. The entrepreneur went back to the beginnings of her company and said that having studied INEF motivated her to help pregnant women and during the postpartum period.

I started doing it before I had children. We provide our services online, as well as in person outdoors, and “we try to get them in the sun and if possible barefoot”. I realized that we had something very powerful, when I got pregnant and was on the other side of Bhealthy.
